Freebee Friday - Graphic Organizers

9/5/2014

freebee friday You’ve all heard or read my opinion about the benefits of graphic organizers in the classroom, right? I’m a big fan. Graphic organizers serve as visual representations of newly learned material, help students focus on key information, and help them create, interpret, analyze and synthesize content.

Watch my short video “Why Graphic Organizers Matter,” then download a sample graphic organizer packet to use in your very own classroom.

This packet contains four printable/reproducible graphic organizers that develop students’ understanding of cause and effect relationships. Cause and effect graphic organizers are particularly useful to teach science and social studies content. Each organizer is beautifully designed to appeal to K-5 students.

Download it for free to remind you that, Friday and everyday, we teachers are our own best resource.
