Katie's response to: "Big business takes on tea party on Common Core"

I have two thoughts on this article:

1. I believe in debate and discourse. If one group dislikes an idea, then propose an alternative solution. The naysayers of CCSS don't really offer an alternative.

2. I hear the voices of political groups and business leaders. Where are the teachers? Why are they so conspicuously left out of the conversation? We know far more about curriculum and instruction than the non-educator world.
