They Will Read! Getting Books in the Hands of Teenagers
Teachers, Grades 6-12
If you build it, they will come. In this session, learn how to create classrooms where students are eager to read a wide variety of texts. Learn about strategies that encourage teenagers to read more independently. Participants will be exposed to best practices in teaching young adult literature and discover multiple applications for their own classrooms.
